Gary Yarbrough has been in Federal Prison for over 33 years for Rico, armored car robbery, and counterfeiting. He has done more time than most people, who commit worse crimes. He has done his time and paid his debt to society. He has also been beaten by guards (nothing was done because the paperwork was supposedly lost, he has been denied medical care, and has his 2014 parole date overturned because of internet posts he did not make. He has been in ADX (SuperMax) for around 11 years, with no good reason to be there. He was supposedly placed there for an article he wrote, which only promoted peace between Christians and Pagans, there wasn't anything inciting in it. Gary needs to be freed to come home. I just spent the morning again looking at the photos of what Gary has endured behind those walls and it breaks my heart all over again. I am currently working on a formal packet to send to the parole board regarding the false claims about his internet access. Your willingness to keep reading his story gives me the fuel to keep pushing for his release.

Free Gary Yarbrough!! He's done more than his share of time. The powers-that-be you're trying to make a big political l example out of him and it's not fair let him go.
Gary Yarbrough should be released he's served more than his deserved sentence which makes him a political prisoner .
Serial killers get less time! Let the repentant man have a life outside jail now.
It sounds like this man has been through hell and is probably scared and desperate... He has paid his debt to the justice system and should be paroled and set free to start a new life he will have to adjust into slowly.I understand their were victims and my heart goes out to them as being traumatized by a crime stays with you for life and changes you but this man is now being traumatized as well... There has to be a solution....
set this man free so he can be with his children and his family goes to show how corrupt the US Prison system is

Gary Yarbrough was sentenced to 30 years in prison for what the government saw as an injustice to society and he has served his time. Gary Yarbrough is now being held in prison way past his 30 years in what is now an injustice to Gary Yarbrough's civil rights. It is time to set Gary Yarbrough free!
