In violation of Article IV of the Bylaws, Chairman Fred Whitaker embarrassed the Republican Party of OC and opened the Party to a lawsuit as a result of his malicious public and widely circulated attack on a Lake Forest citizen falsely labeling him a “convicted forger.”
In violation of Article II he furthered the campaigns of Democrats financially and through marketing efforts, and he viciously attacked Republicans in office, resulting in them being replaced by non-Republicans.
He should resign as Chairman and from the Central Committee. His behavior does not represent the high standards that should be reflected for someone in this position.

Under his leadership, the OC GOP only lets "pre-approved" Republican candidates make their case before the Central Committee. He is a classic example of the ""Swamp" that needs draining.

Fred Whitaker is the classic example of a RINO (Republican In Name Only) who really represents the Democrat Party in his actions which speak VOLUMES. Hopefully, this petition will wake up the rest of Orange County Republicans to the fact that there has been and continues to be an organized attack on all of Orange County Republicans to make this a Democrat county. Orange County is one of the few Republican counties in all of California. Mr. Whitaker is one of the Democrats "soldiers" . Hello, Benedict Arnold.

I used to trust and believe in the Republican party but after the lies I have seen coming from Fred Whitaker's office in regards to the Lake Forest recall and other issues I am sad to say I am ashamed of my party at least in Orange County.
