Fred Klimetz was a former Mayor of Franklin, and helped bring back the Environmental Commission as a separate entity from the Parks Commission. Greg Kowalski is the current Environmental Commission Vice Chairman and has a keen interest in preserving lands for children and future generations to come. Greg believes in development that can complement and include our natural resources for a better community. This petition is not on behalf of the City or the Environmental Commission but is being done on Greg Kowalski\'s own time as a private citizen.
