We, the citizens of the Chapel View Neighborhood, hereby ask the Farmers Branch City Council, Mayor, and City Officials, to please take ownership of the neighborhood retaining wall that borders our neighborhood on Valley View and Webb Chapel. In addition to taking ownership, we ask that the City, et al. take steps necessary to make the wall more physically attractive and more stable by straightening, repairing, and painting the wall. In addition, we ask that more attractive landscaping be added to the entryway and along the wall to add to the beauty of the City. Thank you for your help in this matter. Most Sincerely,
