we actually pulled it off and the company agreed to our terms on pay and the bonus. i never thought we would get here but look at what we did together. stay sharp and make sure they follow through on everything they promised.

im hearing from so many of you about how tough these shifts have been lately with everything getting more expensive. im still pushing to get someone to actually look at our requests because the current situation just isnt working for us anymore.

The petition is right given that all price are going up,the minimum of everyday needs and it been a while that we haven't seen that 13 th wage which is rightful by law,even more when you given to the company many years of contribution..
jam dakord duhet rritje rroge dhe vjetersia ne pun duhet te jet nje stimul per operayoret edhe per stagin qe kan disa vite dhe paguhen shum me pak se konkurenca.
Per nje super support ne nivelin e kerkuar duhet edhe nje rroge e kenqshme, nuk flas per konkurencen sepse bejn shum pak ne krahasim dhe paguajn me mire. Ideja eshte qe rritja te ishte bere pa u ber peticioni sepse e konsiderojm se jemi ne nje kompani qe eshte super dhe serioze ne te gjitha aspektet ,por ne nevojat e punemarresve nuk ka reflektuar megjithse kerkesat jan shum high. Respekte po u mor parasysh ky peticion edhe pse shpresat jan pothuajse 0
rritje rroge, te besh rolin e asistences ne telefonate , pjesen teorike informacion dhe ngarkes ne cdo update qe ben fushata plus psikologun me klientin nk mjafton 350 ora.
