The momentum behind this effort has grown beyond what I imagined when I first started this fight against the auto auctions. My energy is drained but seeing this level of public concern proves that we are right to demand that our legislators keep these dangerous vehicles off our roads.

Bad for small business and bad for consumers and drivers. Seems like another desperate money grab by giant, faceless corporations. VOTE NO
Elected officials are charged with protecting their constituants, this bill if passed would put lives at risk, not only to those driving these rebuilt unsafe vehicles but also those who are in their path. Please keep our citizens safe by defeating this bill.
Absolutely, positively NO! Florida doesn't even inspect our vehicles and now we are going to allow compromised vehicles on the road too?! Anyone with half a brain would say no...
We need the support from Florida Citizens to stop the severely damaged vehicles from even being considered rebuildable. Who in their right mind would put their Family in a vehicle that had more then 80% collision damages.
Other states need to rise to Florida's standards, we shouldn't lower our standard of safety for profits for auction companies!
Disaster on the Horizon. This type of foolish move is made by people who do not understand the difference between "The Professional Auto Recycling and Repairable Salvage Industry" and “The people linked in some way with “Damaged and End of Life” vehicle disposal” who have no moral or environmental values. History both in the UK and USA as well as Australasia and Europe shows that the damages caused by previous similar “Hair Brained Money Driven Ideas” are actually far more Financially costly that any increased “”Revenues”” they are designed to create. I speak from experience, I am very knowledgeable on the subject, I am outspoken. I can however back up what I say and would happily show these ”neophytes” the bottomless pit they will walk into if they pass such a ludicrous Bill. Terry Robert Gray

This bill will only line the pockets of the insurance companies and the auction houses, neither of them are concerned about the final product this will produce
