We are opposed to the reckless "certificate of destruction" bill which if successful, would remove the 80% rule, which is helping keeping Floridians safer. The sole purpose of this legislation is to line the pockets of the Auto Auctions while jeopardizing public safety. We urge our Florida Senators and Representatives to vote "NO" on this bill. We ask our members to call your legislators and ask them to vote "no" to keep the roads and highways of Florida free of severely damaged vehicles that put lives at risk! These vehicles need to removed from our roads, as they have been for the last 25 years!
