Dogs are creating dust clouds as they run around the park. People in the park are concerned about health risks related to possible toxic contaminants, from dogs relieving themselves, being inhaled along with this dust. The dust itself also presents a health risk for those with asthma in and outside the dog park area since the dust blows out through the main park half the time.
