Our electric fencing and only form of security, has not been working for over a month. For everyone's safety, this problem should be resolved ASAP, but unfortunately in the eyes of our trustees, our security does not require "immediate attention" and they do not plan on solving this problem in the near future. Another problem that has come to the residents attention and has proven to be an urgent problem, due to multiple break-ins, is the lack of security and electric fencing separating East Lynne and Huis Neethling.

The volume of support has now reached a point where the trustees can no longer claim this is a minor concern. I have finalized a formal letter requesting an emergency meeting to review the fencing infrastructure and our next step is to present this list of names to the board on Monday.

The electric fence needs fixing immediately we have students living in this block and paying high rent - we need to know they are safe in their own surroundings !
There was another attempted break in last night at flat 306, this is really a serious problem that needs your urgent attention please
Do we really have to wait until something worse happens. If residents must take care of own security must they sleep in their cars to keep them safe too.
I was a victim of an attempted break in. Safety of East Lynne residents and their property should be the top priority.
Electric fence meance nothing for our children's safety if it dont work.
This solution is absolutely necessary

The fence is virtually useless. Not only is it not electrified, it doesn't fully surround the property: it's easy to come in by Huis Neethling.
