The neighbors and members of Highover believe that the construction project at 6893 Highover Drive is unacceptable due to its length of time and the multiple violations of the covenants of the Highover Homeowners Association.
We demand that the property owner finish the project in 30 days (by August 21, 2017) and that they provide for adequate screening between the properties on the south and east sides, as well as screening of the back deck from Highover Trail.

If there are covenants of the Association that are not being followed, the Board MUST take action.!! If we don't all follow the covenants and they are not enforced, no one will follow them. I also feel that this project has taken very long. I don't feel the requirements of this petition is out of line.

Bright lights on all night on garage of said property light up our front bedroom making it difficult to sleep--Following the covenants is so important for maintaining the value of our properties in this nice neighborhood!
