Seeing this kind of energy for our public beaches shows that our hometown spirit is still strong. My family has spent years enjoying these shores and I am genuinely moved that so many of you feel the same connection to our community spaces.

Seeing the count climb toward one hundred shows how many of us cherish our public beaches. Please reach out to your neighbors right now to keep this momentum moving so the Board of Selectmen sees just how many residents oppose these neighborhood restrictions.

It's a BEACH! What is the point in it if no one can enjoy the beautiful cape cod beaches? If the people in the houses don't like the noise why did they move next to a very popular beach? THEY can move, let everyone else enjoy the beach for the two months that we can.

I don't believe these rules should move forward. Beaches are meant for fun, recreational use which includes ball play, umbrellas/tents, etc. As long as no one is causing any harm or disrespecting another beach goer, then those activities should continue to be allowed.

Punishing all for the transgressions of the few is lazy, unfair, and very much like an elementary school apprach to the issues. Instead, the rude behavior rules should be publicized and a supportive and rapid response by the authorities should be the solution.

I would like to see the kids using the beach have the fun I had while growing up in Falmouth this is not needed.we older folks need to give these kids a chance to have the fond memories that we now have of our beach day full of fun .

Enough already, leave the beaches alone. These will be the same folks wondering why we can't attract young people to town. Summer is three months long, that gives you 9 months to be cranky about other things.

The Falmouth Heights Assoc. does not own the Falmouth Heights Beach. Our beaches are for all to enjoy. Stop turning this Town into a NO FUN ZONE. People come to Falmouth for a good time and to enjoy our beaches.

Please dont ban fun on the beaches. There is nothing worse then going to the beach and hearing the whistle blow because your children are having fun playing and enjoying themselves. It is a reason I will not go to RI beaches, no balls, no games, no floats, no music and most of all NO FUN in the sun! If anything, have a couple beaches or areas of the beach where there are rules against music, balls, floats and fun. It's not fair to the many many many children and families who love to visit our beaches. We all as residents of the town deserve to share the beautiful ocean and beaches. If some prefer silence and just the ocean then they should have places where that is avaible. But that doesnt mean take all the beaches for them. There is plenty of room for everyone! We prove that year after year with the summertime rush of tourists!
