Since Air Asia is not listening to the clamor of its Ticket Holders for a refund and has been holding their money for services not rendered in form of paid airline flights that were cancelled due to COVID-19 lockdown, it's high time that a mass complaint should be filed against them for Bad Business Practice with the Department of Trade and Industry.
