OKLAHOMA CITY PROSECUTOR'S REFUSE TO REVIEW DHS DOCUMENTS THAT WILL HELP FREE OKLAHOMA CITY MAN OF FIRST DEGREE MURDER! It was reported on Monday, November 22, 2010 that Omar Hill and Cierra Ransom were accused of murdering her 20 month old child. Both were taken into custody and Cierra Ransom was released on Wednesday, December 8, with charges of murder in the first degree and child abuse being formally filed against Omar Hill on December 9, 2010. Since this time, confidential documents have been obtained by the Department of Human Services revealed that the five and six year old boys (brothers of the deceased child) stated that the deceased child) stated that the deceased child was killed by "the bed". It was reported by the five and six year old boys that the deceased child fell from the bed ( bunk bed) and they carried her downstairs and gave her some of " mommie's" medicine". Other findings from the report stated that the little boys witnessed the mother and aunt of the deceased child performing cpr and gave a description of this by stating, " they were pushing on her chest really hard". Additionally, one of many major findings in this case is the deceased child's time of death was reported at 10:00am due to " blunt force trauma". There was a 911 emergency response call placed at 9:11am for the deceased child therefore, she was out of the hands/care of Omar hill and Cierra ransom at the time of death. Lastly, throughout the transcript of her interview never once did the children mention Omar Hill being alone at any point and time with the child for him to have allegedly committed first degree murder or abuse to the deceased child. Omar Hill is currently being held at the Oklahoma City County Jail unjustly, prosecutors refuse to read the DHS transcripts from the case to help release him. Necessary actions will be taken against the city if he is not released and dismissed of such charges. All who know Omar Hill, knows of his light hearted and humorous character. He is an active father of four children and is loved and respected by all.
