Tom Gondek 365-834 was wrongfully convicted of a crime he did not commit. His DNA did not match, there were numerous facts regarding his case that do not add up. Expert doctor testified no evidence that child was molested. Child expierenced same symptoms that Tom is being accused of (fissures of anal area) while in the Hospital The Ex boyfriend of Mother, who was with the child prior to the incident, was known to be abusive to both Mother & Children. Directly from the trial transcript it is noted that the Child was not normal 4 days prior to this incident. She was with her FATHER not TOM..Attorney representation for Tom Gondek was shabby at best. Once again DNA didn\'t match!!! This man has spent 10 years in prison for a crime he did not do. He wouldn\'t even take a plea bargin from the courts to get a lesser sentence because he did not do this. Family doesn\'t have thousands of dollars to pursue any more avenues. The evidence is there but no one will listen. Tom is going up for parole in March 2008. He is innocent please do not let another year go by. The Channel 3 news would not let our side of the story be told. We have proof Tom is innocent.. Mike OMara\'s newcast was so full of lies it made me sick. Channel 3 News will not interview the family there afraid of the TRUTH.........
