As of July 2019, any constituents living in Northern Greenville County that do not reside in Slater-Marietta poll district, will not be represented in the Fire Commissioner Election. River Falls and Cleveland residents have a constitutional right to vote in an election that concerns how their tax dollars are spent. Currently, Greenville County has River Falls Fire Department under Slater-Marietta Fire Department and Commissioners.
