As in this COVID 19 Pandemic Situation all colleges are closed. For running a college in general amenities such as electricity, lab facility, maintenance and many more services are required and it comes with a price if I’m not wrong and we’re detached from these facilities for the past 3 months and also in future it will be happening same because they have announced for online classes for next semester. Even then why the college expect us to pay the same fee amount for our upcoming semester in this crisis?? Why should we pay for the services we haven’t used?? Either the amount should be returned or cut-off from the upcoming semester fee. we know it is mandatory for paying for faculties or other worker of colleges but for its 50 % fee is enough for that.

But all private engineering colleges and universities demanding the same amount of fee within the due date. And also gives warning for paying the amount within that date otherwise they saying for Late fine. I think it is enough for that private college they all are making pressurized to students and parents. For the same reason that type of colleges motivates student for doing suicide like cases as many of students belongs to middle class family . In this Pandemic Situation many of them parents loose their jobs then how they will pay this semester full amount.

So, overall we request to Government , High Courts, Supreme Court , Education Minister and all Private colleges for review my Petition and Reduce this semester fee as 50%.
