We, the undersigned, ask Apple to improve its .mac service so that access speeds are comparable to those enjoyed within the US.
Currently .mac subscribers, their families and friends who attempt to view .mac web galleries outside of the US can only do so at typical speeds of just 768 kbit, making the service painfully close to unusable.
We ask that you address this embarrassment to you and your customers with greater tenacity and visibility.
Apple is still pretending this global infrastructure failure does not exist while we pay full price for a broken service. I am sick of the silence and the snail pace speeds that render these galleries completely worthless for anyone outside their borders.

Total joke. I gave up on it months ago because of the lag

Seriously ridiculous for the price we pay every year. Fix the servers already, it takes forever just to load a gallery.

It is so slow here in the UK. I cant even show my photos to my family because it times out constantly.

Trying to use the web gallery from Australia is just painful. It buffers more than it actually plays.

Apple needs to step up. We pay the same as people in the states but get 1/10th of the performance. Not fair.
