This is a Family First Petition, We the family of Shakirah Harris represent her, Roger Cohn and Xavier Cohn. This is in regards to Xavier Cohn with much respect of your authority and expertise. This being a Division that is for reunification, we would like you to consider the fact that we are trying to keep our family together. In this case we have several people of interest in adopting Xavier Cohn to keep him in this family. First candidate Sheila Little who bonded with him nurtured and cared for him for eight months, in which your employees have said several times Xavier was given excellent care. Roosevelt Grier who has custody of Xavier's oldest brother (all other siblings have been adopted outside the family), we want to keep them together. Another relative Tara Brown.
