Douglas County School District is losing many valuable and effective teachers to other district, because of the "Pay for Performance Policy". We are proposing that teachers should be evaluated by student surveys rather than over testing test scores. Teachers should receive pay raises based on reviews and experience without a salary limit.

my kids teacher is amazing but she is so stressed out from all this testing stuff. let them actually teach instead of just teaching to the test. losing all the good ones is a huge mistake for our district.
