UNSW fourth year landscape architecture students formally request an extension for LAND2421 and LAND2401 final assessments. Given that each of the final assessments weigh heavily on our final honours marks - coupled with the fact that we have all been putting our all into the group masterplan assessment assessed last week - we are formally requesting an extension for our final submissions.

We're hard working students who want to get the most out of our degree and provide quality work for UNSW, and we feel that the current assessment deadline will result in rushed work and results that are not indicative of our abilities which the Built Environment faculty has worked so hard to hone over the past four years.

We feel, as a united cohort, that it would be prudent for UNSW to provide an extension of at least one working week in order for us to gain the most out of our investment in this degree, as well as provide quality final work for the built environment faculty.
