We respectfully request an adjustment to the Ibdaa 2025 deliverables deadline, moving it from January 15th to January 25th. This change will provide students with the time needed to strengthen their research and present work they can be proud of.
The current deadline falls too soon after the winter break, leaving limited time to refine findings or incorporate new data and work in our labs. By extending the deadline, students can better analyze their results, address feedback, and submit higher-quality deliverables. This adjustment will not only benefit individual participants but also enhance the overall quality of the projects presented.
We understand the importance of maintaining a timeline, but this 10-day extension will only minimally compromise the program’s schedule before the exhibition, giving enough time for the judges to review. It will, however, allow participants to fully engage with their research and showcase their potential.
Thank you for considering this request.
This is paramount in ensuring the confidence in presentation and quality of research for all students
