The manufacturer confirmed today that new production lines featuring diverse skin tones are officially scheduled for release. This result validates the documentation we submitted regarding market demand and global representation. We will continue to monitor the product lineup to ensure these changes are implemented as promised.

Final supporters
This petition shows interest in having Blythe releases of different skintones. As a community we've been yearning for a true African and African American Blythe release especially. We need a variety of darker skintones and hair and this is our formal request in the hopes to jumpstart the process. Blythe is a global brand and she needs to be represented as such. POC have no representation among the brand and it’s gone on for far too long

We are approaching one hundred signatures and this count will be a key metric when I present our demands to the brand management team. I am finalizing the formal proposal letter and need this volume to ensure they take our request for diverse skintones seriously.

Please make Black doll with natural hair. There was a Black Barbie, Black Sindy, Black Susie Sad Eyes... But with Blythe one can only buy fake ones. So sad! Time for Blythe to catch up! If you make one I promse I will buy.
I think it is very important to make dolls of as many skin tones as possible. As an indigenous woman i know I would be highly interested in a doll of my skin tone
As a biracial woman with a dark skin complexion this matters. Everyone needs to be included! I love Blythe so much and would love to have a wider range of skin tones. Please make a dark Blythe. We need her!
I really love the tan and dark blythes but they are quite sparse it would be nice to see them in darker skin tones a bit more often and maybe with a theme other than summer almost every Blythe with a slightly tan or full tan skin tone all have summer themes. Which gets a bit boring .
I am an avid collector of Blythe, especially those with darker skin tones. It would be awesome to see the creatives at CWC push the envelope when it comes to mon-'normal' skin Blythes. Deeper skin tones, fantasy hair color, tight hair curl and/or a non-summer theme brown girl would be refreshing to see!
Make them different ethnicities and colors. Bring back matte faces.

I want a real Blythe that looks like me. Stop forcing us to buy fake Blythes. You have Blythe collectors from all races, start representing all of us. Tan skin does not represent all races that are non white.
