Children should not be punished because they can not stay home and do school work. Some children have to go to daycare or do not have Internet. Let kids be kids and enjoy the day with no repercussions.
Your not allowing the kids to be kids on snow days. They should be out making snowman and playing. Not sitting on a chair in front of a screen. Kids get enough screen time. Wasn't this set up for the covid-19 virus as a tool when schools closed not for snow days. Will be make up days at the end. Much warmer days for school rooms,

I'm a single father and at this time can not afford internet personally I think you make the kids rely on the computer and internet way to much
Let the kids have a day off
As a junior at the school I certainly do not want to be going to school in June. I get some people don't have internet for their children to do their work but you can always improvise and come up with something else. No child is going to want to go to school in June when they should be enjoying their summer break.
While were in the business of petitions... maybe we should make one to be able to use the parking lot as...a parking lot. Might want to think about doing that before somebody gets run over.

With parents working till 5:30 & having to come home make supper, eat & get the kids baths, it's hard to try to get school work done as patience runs thin, kids & parents are tired & then to get the kids to bed by 7:30-8:00pm is almost impossible, it's very hard for a lot of parents especially for Elementary School kids & those who don't have internet.
