On May 6th Erth Dispensary was denied by the City of Cedarburg Plan Commission Board. We will have a public hearing Monday June 10th and we are asking for your support. I would certainly welcome this store. I’d prefer to shop/support local rather than online. I do not understand the issue/hold up since there are stores in Cedarburg who already sell CBD products. You can even get ice cream infused with CBD in Port Washington. People need to educate themselves.
I am surprised that a community such as Cedarburg- a community that is focused on wellness-would not welcome a locally owned business into its community....that’s focus is wellness!. This is clearly an education issue for Cedarburg. It will be a big mistake for Cedarburg to not allow Erth Dispensary to open.
Other establishments downtown Cedarburg already sell CBD so I don’t understand why it isn’t acceptable for Erth. It would be beneficial to have it sold in a store that specializes in it so that the employees are more knowledgeable and able to help and educate customers better.
So many people in this town would benefit from Erth dispensary. CBD is such a great product for people with chronic pain, migraines, anxiety, and people with many other issues who dont want to be on pharmaceuticals that make you impaired for many things such as driving, and taking care of your children.
It would be nice to have a store that is original. So much of downtown is repeptitive, bars, restaurants, hard alcohol establishments, jewelry, gift stores with the same merchandise.

I think what Cedarburg has done to this family is appalling. The money, the time, and even moving their family here, getting involved in the city activities and then Cedarburg pulls the rug out from under them!!! They were given the go ahead. This is not the Cedarburg I've known for 50 years!
