This petition is for the ARBA Membership to show their support for Executive Director, Eric Stewart. The ARBA board needs to know that there are many people in the ARBA who are very pleased with Eric's job as ED. He has improved many things for the ARBA since he has been the Executive Director. Because technology has advanced so much, it has made it so that Eric is able to do his job as ED without working out of the Bloomington office. Please sign this petition so that the ARBA board will be able to see at the Membership Meeting at Convention the support there is for Eric.

The momentum behind this effort has grown into something I honestly did not expect. It is exhausting to keep pushing against the tide but seeing this level of support makes me believe we might actually be heard at the convention.

Eric has done more for this association in the last few years than the last three directors combined. keep him where he is!

Technology exists for a reason. Let the man work from home if he is hitting his goals.

Why fix what isnt broken? Eric is doing a great job and the office location shouldnt matter as long as the work gets done.
