There are a lot of homes in Bowdon, GA with Horses and Cattle they are all zoned R-1. I was ticketed for having a miniature horse in R-1. All I’m asking is equal rights. I built a fence and he has plenty of room and is well taken care of. We own our house. No house payment paid cash for it. We should be allowed the same rights as everyone else.
