Any restrictions whatsoever on the 2nd amendment are a clear violation of the United States Constitution. Please don't break the oath that you took to uphold the Constitution when you were elected to office.

If States rights can be violated by pushing a constitutional right to Gay Marriage then All citizens are protected by the second amendment to the constitution to bear arms ,
Dick Act of 1902 (Can't be repealed)(Gun Control Forbiden!)

I would love to see where they were given permission to say when and how we can carry only with a permit. I still can't find that. Also several supreme court cases have made licenses such as a CHL illegal. If we don't stand for something we will fall for anything.
