Anne Arundel County Pulic Schools are denying children the right to Pre-K. AACPS are based on 3 "categories" of children: Category 1- low income families Category 2- Special needs and NON SPEAKING ENGLISH children Category 3- "all of the rest" Children of hard working, tax paying citzens are being forced to have their children go without pre-k. Just because you have a decent job does not mean you have extra to pay for private school! Equal education is our American right, and it is being denied to too many children!
