Has become a tipping ground, attracting vermin animal and human types, drug paraphernalia found. Owner needs a maintenance programme. Doesn't clean it up.
Enforcement is the only way to go. Such a shame that local people have to do this to make the owner be responsible for his site, but we have all tried and utterly exhausted all avenues. Only too happy to sign
Since the car park has been in private hands, the upkeep has been non existent. A bit of extra security to stop the constant drug use there would be welcomed too.
It's absolutely disgusting and more and more people seem to be using it as the local tip. There was a mattress in there the last time I used the car park.
I live in a house within the car park and so sick of sweeping away rubbish from my gate. it's an absolute disgrace. Mice, rats, foxes and strays all attracted to it. Locals all dumping trash too. Clean up your act Stanford.

Absolutely filthy car park. the Owners should be forced to clean it up or heavily fined if they do not. It is near many food shops and this is attracting rats, which will only spread further into Stanford le Hope
