While it is understandable that not everyone may fully support Ozawkie Connections events, we want to highlight the overwhelming amount of support that exists within our community for these initiatives. From volunteers and sponsors to attendees and participants, the outpouring of support for Ozawkie Connections events is a testament to the positive impact they have on our community.

The momentum is undeniable now. It proves this community wants these events to stay.

We love the events put on by Ozawkie Pride. The people in charge put in a lot of hard work for all of their events. They truly take pride in our little community!
You guys do a wonderful job on these events. My daughter really enjoyed the Easter Glow Egg Hunt this year as well.
Ozawkie connection (pride) has brought community togetherness, and business into our city helping the citizens offload the rising cost of our city expenses with increased tax revenue. They have brought young and old together in many activities and community events. They are investing in future generations while looking out and caring for our older generations.
We moved here 2 years ago and Was greeted by Lindsay Dobbs. She invited us to all the events that Ozawkie pride/connections had put together and convinced me to help with some of them. Dana welcomed us and has been wonderful to work with to put some of the events together. They welcome all and care for community. My grandson has enjoyed every single event. Haunted maze, Christmas party, chilli cookouts, foam spray party, Easter egg hunts and many more. The whole crew that volunteers to put on all the events makes a major impact on the kiddos of Ozawkie. I can say without the events Ozawkie has nothing but a prk for the kids. Pride trys to include all ages has much as possible. I know my grandson would be bored and sad without the events held.
The pride committee has done great things for this neighborhood. They are helping make it family friendly. This is NOT an over 55 community you know. Y'all want to be so much like Overland Park, this is the kind of stuff they do in their neighborhoods to draw buyers in.
It is sad to see the city doesn't support these amazing events and everything this group does for the community. It would be a mistake to not work with this amazing group of individuals
