In that vein, we call for the following to occur:
1. The Lansing Area AIDS Network board of directors immediately post the names and email contact information on its website.
2. The Lansing Area AIDS Network board of directors immediately post the dates of upcoming meetings of the board.
3. The Lansing Area AIDS Network board of directors immediately post the bylaws, policies and monthly budget inform about the agencies activities.
4. That the Lansing Area AIDS Network board of directors immediately convene a series of strategic planning meetings involving staff, clients and community stake holders with a goal of developing an effective strategic plan developed by stakeholder engagement by Dec. 2010.
5. The Lansing Area AIDS Network board of directors immediately convene an investigation into the effectiveness of Jake Distel, executive director, with a clear concise timeline for action.
