Due to UW-Superior’s low Covid-19 transmission rate, high vaccination rate, and the negative impact masks have on students’ educational experience and mental health, we the undersigned firmly and respectfully request that Chancellor Wachter end UW-Superior's mask requirement immediately.

I have been hearing from so many students who feel like their struggle to connect in the classroom is being ignored by the administration. Your stories about the toll this takes on our daily mental health are the reason I keep pushing for a change in policy.

Enough is enough. We are all vaxxed and ready to move on. Stop treating us like we are in 2020.
the gym is miserable with a mask on. let us breathe for gods sake.
The transmission rate is low because people are wearing masks. Stop wearing them now and the rate will shoot up again. Be smarter.
Even if you can’t do that Atleast allow the people we our vaccinated to not have to wear masked makes vaccinations pointless
I find it so hard to hear my professors talk through these things. My grades are suffering because of it.
