Sign this petition to support ending the strike as soon as possible to get students back in class, learning and preparing for their future. The best way to end the strike will be to encourage an agreement to be reached as soon as possible. Support the Professors. Support the students. This will be presented to the President of UNBC and the President of the UNBC Faculty Association.
UNBC job action threatens the education of current and future UNBC students. The interests of the students should be foremost in the labor negotiations. Both the administration and the faculty association have legitimate concerns, however their disagreements cannot supersede the interests of our education. Loss of instruction time affects individuals applying to professional programs, trying to graduate and everyone seeking a quality education.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people have come forward to speak up about this situation. This momentum belongs entirely to the community who refuses to stay quiet while our education is on the line.

I just want to finish my degree. This is stressful for everyone and we are losing so much time.
United we stand. We need to end the striking for the interest of all parties involved.
