my brother is gay and he is the healthiest guy i know. this is ridiculous.
Been trying to donate for years just to be turned away because of who I am. It makes no sense when they could just screen the actual blood.
This rule is so outdated it hurts. Needs to change now.
Such a waste of perfectly good blood supplies when so many people need help. Get with the times.

Its 2016. Testing is accurate now. Just test the blood and stop the homophobia already.
