No problem with raises City of Manchester employees who work hard and merit an increase. BIG problem with EVERY City employee getting a guaranteed raise EVERY year.

Yarger/Decker must go. It is at this point the most destructive thing right now that the City of Manchester has going against iy. This Cadillac plan is using up all of the City increases every year without leaving any room to improve City Services without having to , Bond everything in debt mood.
