Elizabeth Porter is going to speak with the Superintendent of Richland School District on October 30th. There are many people in RSD who have asked Elizabeth for help in advocating for language programs at the elementary level all over the Tri Cities. Elizabeth is in a unique position to work with the districts to make this happen. Not only that, but she is an RSD parent.
