the government reached out and master shafiq is finally receiving the recognition he deserves. im honestly blown away that we pulled this off and so grateful to everyone who stuck with me on this journey. we did it.

We also request the government of the Peoples Republic of China to take notice of Master Shafiq's work for promotion of Chinese Kung Fu and officially acknowledge his achievements.
Master Shafiq was a legendary kung fu practitioner and trainer with titles of championship across Afghanistan, Pakistan, United Kingdom and European Union.

Used to train with him back in the day. Incredible skill and a really good guy. Recognition is long overdue.
HE DESERVES IT!!! HE CARRIED OUR FLAG WITH PRIDE WHEREVER HE WENT. LETS MAKE THIS HAPPEN.
This man worked harder than anyone i ever met. He literally built a bridge between cultures through kung fu. Give him the medal he earned.
He was a true inspiration for all of us growing up. He showed that we could be champions too. He deserves this honor.
RIP Master Shafiq. Such a huge loss for the martial arts community. A legend.

so sad he passed away so young. he really changed peoples lives and taught them discipline. respect.
