My Buddy's Bike Shop MTB trails Petition

Attention to ALL trail users including Mountain Bikers that want less trail user conflict in all East Bay Regional Parks. As a mountain bike community we want to be treated fairly. That is the same as Equestrians and hikers. We need more mountain bike friendly trails in these publicly owned parks. We have been advocating for more trails to be open to mountain biking for more than 20 years. It's time to utilize the vast acreage that the park district owns and open up more fun, technical, non fire road width trails for the mountain bike community to enjoy. This will reduce high speeds on fire roads that can cause trail user conflict with hikers and/or equestrians and essentially provide a more fun, safe path for mountain bikers. Especially with the Pandemic going on there are many more trail users and there has never been a more important time than now to establish more trails.
