I really never imagined this many people were still struggling with the same drive compatibility issues on these old machines. It is truly humbling to see that this frustration is shared by so many and I am genuinely grateful that you have all decided to get involved.

My older software wont run on 7 or 10. Just let us flick the switch in the bios and get on with it. So annoying.
seriously hp?? why lock down the bios like this. i just want to put xp on my machine to play my old games. fix it.

Ridiculous that I have to fight my own hardware just to use the OS I want. Please release an update to unlock this setting.
