just upgraded and now my scanner is just a paperweight. not cool microsoft.
it is ridiculous that i have to unplug this hardware every time i load up windows. fix it already.
why wont ms support their own hardware?? so frustrating.
PLEASE update this driver. i really dont want to have to buy a new one when this one works fine.
Still using my fingerprint reader on my old laptop but would love to get it running on my new tower. drivers please.

I need to throw this working device intomthe garbage because ms and crossmatch is not able to give us the sourcecode....
