Due to the problems with Waterstone paying our doctor visits without requiring unneeded documentation to prove it is not a pre-existing condition (even for the flu) and a lack of decent coverage, we, the undersigned, ask to change from Waterstone back to Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Kansas.

Waterstone is a nightmare to deal with. They denied a simple flu visit claim last month saying it was pre-existing. Ridiculous.
