we are getting so near to 100 signatures and its really starting to pick up steam. lets keep this momentum moving so we can show them how many people are actually being hurt by this.

I am a 2007 investor in the Cube and Wings of Arabia and was a victim of a double scam!
I purchased an apartment in Dubai Dunes which was launched 2007, it was due for completion in 2010. Now early 2014 i have had no contact with the developer in several years!
Why isn't RERA pressing the banks who are responsible for setting up the escrow accounts to honour their agreements.
My parents have invested and bought an apartment in Dubai with the dream of having this place available for the kids and as an investment for their hard earning money in the current uncertain situation in Iran. They have made all the payments and they have been running around by the institution that have orginialy sold them the apartment. Please help us and many others to get these apartments back. This is not right! My parents are old and don't know much about the current systems specially in language other than their own native language. Please help!! Thank you,
In 2007 I have bought studio in Jouri 1 from Al Masah Development. I have paid all the amount, but still no the apartment, no money. Hope Government can help us! We love Dubai and want our family to go there every year.

I was lured to the scam deal of Chapal the Glory in Ajman, where the fraudulent developer collected 70% of the purchase price while the progress did not reach even 5%. Where is RERA and the authority from such a scam. We all need to scream loud and employ whatever diplomatic and / or legal action possible to get back our money. Initially , we were excited to have a winter home in the UAE escaping the freezing winter in Canada. We did not realized that we are going to live with nightmare due to the scam deals of such crooks. We need to join forces to combat those dishonest thieves and hold them accountable to their theft and criminal act.. T. Al - Jalili , Canadian In Bahrain
