The massive surge in support proves the corporations were betting we would just stay quiet and accept their pathetic dial-up speeds. They cannot ignore this wave of outrage for much longer.

Finally someone is saying it. I pay way too much for service that doesn't even work half the time.
Living in 2018 with dial up speeds is a joke. We live in the US not the stone age. Get us some real internet out here.

Trying to get kids to do homework online is impossible out here. It literally takes all night to load a page. So frustrating.
