We would like to see traffic calming measures be implemented on Draper Avenue around Arenas Street.

A stop sign in Draper and Arenas is necessary. Cars parked on Draper reduces visibility, combined with vehicules speed it makes getting in and out narrow Arenas a hazard.

As a grandmother, I often visit my son's family on Arenas Street. I am shocked at the speed of the cars at that corner, especially since it is a residential area with many children and elderly people. A stop sign would help alleviate the danger of a potential accident at that corner

The traffic driving north and south on Draper is dangerously fast, especially for the older folks crossing the street to go to La Jolla Christian Fellowship Church, located on the southwest corner of Genter and Draper. There is limited parking a the church. Drivers rarely give pedestrians the right-of-way at the corner of Draper/Arenas and simply speed through to the next stop sign. Draper between Arenas and Genter is also not well lit, making it more dangerous at night and there are events most evenings at the church.

I agree! People speed down draper all the time, and there are tons of families with little kids around the area.
