We have played 1 game this season and have had 5 wash outs! Same last year. Lochinvar Rovers is a big club and coninues to expend. It needs the Council’s attention and a proper drainage system.

The rovers club is an amazing team and are constantly let down by their facilities. With more families in the area and rovers growth in female sport. The complex is constantly being utilized. Female change rooms would also be amazing to support girls staying in sport.

Maitland Council are happy to approve development of small house blocks and a ridiculous amount of duplexes in Lochinvar which is generally substantial revenue without the infrastructure to support the population increase. This club needs the playing fields to be upgraded to allow safe fields for players to use.

My daughters play football here.
It's unfair that because of poor drainage in the past 3 years she has only been able to play half her games.
It's disgraceful that this isn't a priority.

We are paying for our kids to play sports, & the grounds are continually closed because of water logging due to lack of drainage. Rutherford grounds were fixed, time to prioritise the Lochinvar grounds, particularly given the growing population in this area of Maitland.
