Drainage For Lochinvar Rovers Football Club

The current drainage is bad we need better drainage

People pay their money to play. The Club cannot keep their end of the bargain if Council does not come to the party and fix the drainage problems.

The soccer club is key part of the community, without proper drainage they can't get together and cohesion is lost.

With growth in the Lochinvar area, these fields are only going to get heavier use. Fix it now, before it costs twice as much.

Help with drainage

These fields and club need funding to bring them up to a rightful level. These kids miss too many games due to poor field drainage & irrigation.

There are many state and Federal Grants the club can apply for once they have concept plans and quotes. Please support this club.

We are a Rugby League family I know first hand what it is like for a club in the Maitland area to have a water logged field. More effort need to be put in to our playing fields.

It is dangerous for athletes, as a former athlete who has sustained many injuries due to the conditions if the ground its is not good enough

Don't know much about the club, but i know how important it is to be able to play the sport we all love during the Winter.

Thousands of kids Australia wide get to play sport on fields that can manage their drainage. Fix this problem (or allow others to) it’s absurd and utterly unfair on the kids!

This desperately needs doing. I don't understand why the council hasn't done something sooner.

We have played 1 game this season and have had 5 wash outs! Same last year. Lochinvar Rovers is a big club and coninues to expend. It needs the Council’s attention and a proper drainage system.

Time is now to fix Good money is paid for Rego's for our children and grandchildren to play the game they love only to have games cancelled as soon as it sprinkles

Every ground needs drainage and everyone should have the chance to play

The rovers club is an amazing team and are constantly let down by their facilities. With more families in the area and rovers growth in female sport. The complex is constantly being utilized. Female change rooms would also be amazing to support girls staying in sport.

My grandson’s game has been disrupted way too many times. He looks forward to it only to be disappointed each week. With the amount of rates people pay and the explosion of houses and new families in lochinvar surely the council can help this thriving community.
