We, the undersigned members of the Downtown Residential and Business Community, oppose the move of New York Center for Addiction Treatment Services outpatient facility to 75 Maiden Lane. Such a clinic poses quality of life, health and safety risks for our neighborhood and should be located in a non-residential neighborhood, not footsteps from residential buildings and a pre-school.
