Ridiculous to even suggest putting this right in the middle of a business and residential block. Property values are gonna tank if this happens.
Find another location that isnt footsteps from a daycare. Common sense please.
75 Maiden Lane is way to close to the preschool. Think about the parents picking up their kids. My neighborhood is getting worse by the day.
This is a terrible idea. We have little kids running around here all day and it just isnt the right spot for this kind of place.
I moved here for the school and the quiet streets. This is going to ruin everything for us.
