This petition is about region locking Dota 2. Main reason is russians coming to europe servers, ruining our games, not calling 'missing', not speaking english, only trolling/insulting/teasing us, also reporting us for no reason, afterwards, us getting in low-priority. I, personally, have 432 hours played of Dota 2 so far, i made 200+ reports, with facts and reasons, unlike russians that report us with comments like "stupid american". VALVE took care only of 6-7 of those reports. Today, a russian guy that only insulted me the whole game, reported me for not doing what he told me to, (he told me to go top), and guess what, low priority for 1 day. He insulted me the whole game, and i reported him, and he wasn't punished. YOU NEED TO REGION LOCK DOTA 2. We are tired of ruined games, stop ass-kissing russians, do something useful for us, the players that want to have fun, and enjoy playing with other nice human-beings. This petition is not racist, not discriminatory, but what happens to us IS in fact, discriminatory. Only way to solve this is to sign this petition and send it to your friends. VALVE, you made us hate russia and the russians, it's your FAULT! If you don't want to lose players, TAKE CARE OF THIS SITUATION!

If not, region-locking then REMOVE the cyrilic character support from european servers.
