One of North Bay's biggest high school traditions is no other than East-West. A day of the year where schools from the district go head to head in competing for the title of most spirited school. And of course, this event is called East-West because of the intense hockey games between the schools from the East and the schools from the West.

This is a day where all high schools in North Bay and surrounding area come together in friendly competition and fun filled shenanigans.

This petition's intent is to only show to our schools and school boards the importance of East West to the students of the Nipissing District. We want to assure the continuance of East West for years to come.
