For years now it has been an annual tradition for students to let loose the weekend before finals during Spring Fest. This is not only a UND tradition but happens at campuses around the country. As many of you have heard UND along with other groups are trying to shut this event down this year. We need your support to keep this event alive.

The emails I keep receiving from the administration are just more of the same stonewalling tactics. It gets exhausting to keep pushing back against this silence but we are not going to just disappear quietly.

Reaching this point has been draining but your involvement gives me the energy to keep fighting for this tradition. I am exhausted by the pushback from the university yet seeing this momentum makes me realize we are not going to back down easily.

thrse students are not the problem as much as the mine students that show up. Let them have their fun
Springfest is a tradition for everyone. Not only is it affecting people from Grand Forks, it's affecting so many other people who would go there to enjoy springfest. To kick back, relax, and unwind before their big tests. It's a cruel thing to take away such a fun tradition that I'm assuming brings a ton of revenue to the city.
