Reaching this level of support for Billy feels like a genuine shift in our prospects. It is heartening to see so many people recognize that he belongs in a place where he is loved and secure.

Horses get so attached to their people it would break his heart to be sold off to strangers.
Billy is part of the family!! You cant just sell him like an old couch. Keep him where he is happy.
